Professor Hideaki Shinoda of the ROLES "Theory and Practice of Conflict Resolution (TPCR)" Study Group held meetings aimed at publishing the results of joint research. These meetings took place on December 16 in New Delhi, India, and on December 17 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. In India, the event was held with the cooperation of R.S. Yadav (Major General [VSM, Retired], Director of CS3) and other members of the United Service Institute of India. In Sri Lanka, the event was supported by Harinda R. Vidanage (Director, Centre for Strategic Assessment, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University), Professor Chaminda Padmakumara (Professor and Head of the Department of International Relations, University of Colombo), Dr. Nilanthan Niruthan (Executive Director, Centre for Law and Security Studies [CLASS]), and Dr. K. A. Sandunika Hasangani (Senior Lecturer, Open University).
