On April 3rd, Ryo Nakai Laboratory at the Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology (RCAST), The University of Tokyo, hosted a roundtable discussion with a visiting delegation from the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Riigikogu (the Parliament of the Republic of Estonia). In addition to researchers from across Tokyo, participants from RCAST included Professor Satoshi Ikeuchi, Project Professor Norito Kunisue, and Associate Professor Yu Koizumi.
