Mr. Noboru IWASE, energy analyst, former Advisor to Mitsui Oil Exploration Co.,Ltd.
After working for Japan's leading trading house Mitsui & Co., Ltd. for over 30 years specializing in energy field and stationed in overseas offices in Hong Kong, Taipei, London, New York, Tehran, between 2002-2014 he took office at the Mitsui Oil Exploration Co., Ltd. (MOECO), one of the companies of the Mitsui Group, serving as General Manager of Bangkok office (2005-2009) and Senior Managing Officer (2010-2012) and Advisor (2012-2014). Since 2014, he has been an independent analyst and commentator on energy market. He has published highly regarded books on energy issues. In his presentation "Trends of Energy Market in the Recovery from Lockdown and Oil Price War", Mr. Iwase will examine present and future trends of the energy market in turmoil focusing on causes and contexts of ongoing oil price war on the supply side and lockdown measures and conditional reopening on the demand side.

Dr. Mor, an energy economist, energy strategist, and financial analyst, is the CEO and co-owner of Eco Energy Financial & Strategic Consulting Ltd., an Israeli based firm that specializes in the energy, environmental, and infrastructure sectors. He served as a consultant to governments, financial organizations, public and private companies in the fields of petroleum, natural gas, electricity and renewable energy. Since 2005 he is also serving as a Professor at the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) and teaching petroleum and energy related courses.  www.ecoenergy.co.il

Mr. Itay TAGNER, Special Envoy on Energy, Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Mr. Tagner leads all energy issues within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, advises government decision makers and senior officials on political-Strategic and economical aspects of forefront energy issues and serves as the central MFA POC on Energy to all organizations –Israeli and international that are active in the energy sector. 

Moderator: Prof. Satoshi IKEUCHI, the Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology, the University of Tokyo 
Prof. Ikeuchi is a scholar on Islam and Politics. As a leading public intellectual in Japan he vigorously publishes on the Middle East and Islamic World. In October 2019 he initiated a joint open symposium on “International Security and Science & Design”, focusing on the recent achievements of international academic exchange between the University of Tokyo and Tel Aviv University/Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design.
