On June 30, 2026, ROLES "Security Cooperation Mechanisms"unit, in collaboration with the Graduate School of Policy Studies’ Global Governance Program (GRIPS G-cube) and the Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (Basic B) project “Study on the Interaction between Multilateral Diplomacy and Domestic Politics in Mongolia and Central Asian Countries” (FY2026–2029), hosted a research seminar featuring Anvar Mirzatilaev, Counselor at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Japan (currently a doctoral student at GRIPS G-cube).

Mr. Mirzatilaev delivered a research presentation titled “Kazakhstan’s Multivector Diplomacy and Kazakh-Japan Relations” and participated in a question-and-answer session with attendees. The seminar was by invitation only, and the content of the presentation and Q&A session is not available to the general public.
