We are pleased and proud of the University of Tokyo as a whole, successfuly accomodating a special lecture by the Honourable Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the 10th Prime Minister of Malaysia on June 9, 2026.

An official press release was issued from the Headquarters of the University of Tokyo:
Special Lecture by H.E Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia: Humanity in A Human-Machine Civilisation
The lecture was titled "Humanity in a Human-Machine Civilisation" and rich and profound in its nature and contents, grappling with the common global issue of AI and  the impact on human civilization. 

The lecture was delivered at the largest auditorium "Ito Hall" in the Ito International Research Center at the University of Tokyo's Hongo Main Campus, with the registration and turnout exceeding the full capacity of seating.  

We all are inspired on this valuable occasion. We'd like to express our gratitude to the PMX and Malaysian nation for this opportunity of sharing with us wisdom.
