The second research meeting of JFY2025 of the "Theory and Practice of Conflict Resolution" Study Group, chaired by Visiting Senior Research Fellow Hideaki Shinoda, was held on Tuesday, June 3. This meeting focused on issues related to Ukraine.

At the session, Dr. Sinisa Vukovic, Senior Lecturer at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), delivered a presentation titled “Ripeness and MEO (Mutually Enticing Opportunities): Discussions about the Impacts of the Russo-Ukrainian War”. The presentation was followed by a discussion through questions and answers with the participants.
