On October 1, 2023, Dr. Takuya Matsuda was appointed as Project Researcher of the Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology, the University of Tokyo. 

Dr. Matsuda holds a Ph.D. from King's College London. He was formerly a visiting scholar at the Institute for Security and Conflict Studies at George Washington University and a Hans J. Morgenthau Fellow at the Notre Dame International Security Center.
