Dibble, Director General of the Multinational Force and Observers visited ROLES to talk with members of the "Theory and Practice of Conflict Resolution" Study Group and staff on the situation on the Sinai Peninsula and the Suez Canal, as well as the role of MFO as a non-UN peace observer organ and significance of Japan’s contributions.
