The ROLES (RCAST Open Laboratory for Emergence Strategies) of the University of Tokyo will host the opening session and keynote speech of the Sun & Star Symposium 2026 titled "U.S.-Japan Relations and Regional International Orders: The Indo-Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe" in cooperation with Institute of Geoeconomics (IOG) and Southern Methodist University (SMU) Tower Center.
The Day 1, the opening session and keynote speech will take place in Komaba Research Campus of the University of Tokyo will be hosted by ROLES (RCAST Open Laboratory for Emergence Strategies) of the University of Tokyo in the evening of July 24. Day 2 will be held at the International House of Japan.
