RCAST of the University of Tokyo and MGIMO University (Moscow State Institute of International Relations) have signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement in the field of humanities and social sciences, particularly on global security and religious studies. Division of Religion and Global Security at the RCAST is the principal driving force behind this agreement and will conduct joint research and academic exchanges with MGIMO on broad issues including global security, diplomacy, and religious thought in the regions in Eurasia and the Middle East.
