ROLES「紛争解決の理論と実践（TPCR）」研究会の篠田英朗教授が、来年度の共同研究成果の公刊を目指した会合を、12月16日にインド・ニューデリーで、12月17日にスリランカ・コロンボで、開催しました。インドでは、R S Yadav小将（VSM［Retd］, Director CS3を中心としたUnited Service Institute of Indiaの方々の協力を得て、開催しました。スリランカでは、Harinda R. Vidanage (Director, Centre for Strategic Assessment, General Sirr John Kotelawala Defence University)教授、Chaminda Padmakumara (Professor and Head of Department of International Relations, University of Colombo)教授、Nilanthan Niruthan（Executive Director, Centre for Law and Security Studies [CLASS])博士、K. A. Sandunika Hasangani (Senior Lecturer, Open University)博士らのご協力をいただきました。
