- As Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference (FIMI) campaigns have grown in significance, maintaining integrity of the information space is becoming an increasingly critical challenge for preserving the foundations of a free and democratic society. In this talk, Mr. Makarovs—a diplomat whose work in the Republic of Latvia focuses on digital technologies as well as information integrity —will speak on the nature of social resilience, with particular attention to the recent proliferation of AI.
We warmly invite those interested in fake news, cognitive war, AI, and maintaining healthy democracies to join us for this timely and meaningful discussion.
