Short Bio:
Mr. Junichi KURISU: - Master chef, Director and Sommelier of Honke Tankuma. KURISU-san will talk about his experience in Jordan and its culinary culture.

Speaker: Prof. Satoshi IKEUCHI, University of Tokyo
Presentation Title: "Jordan's Tourism in the Middle Eastern Environment"

Short Bio:
Prof. IKEUCHI, an expert on Islam and the Middle East regional politics, teaching at the RCAST of the University of Tokyo and the Founding Chair of RCAST Open Laboratory for Emergence Strategies (ROLES).

He talks about his recent trips to Jordan, particularly on the unexplored part, the North region. He contemplates on the possibility and opportunity of tourism development in Jordan and in its complex international environment.
